Kha offtank still works well and is incredibly flexible. Its similar to Kayn in choosing between Rhaast and Blue but Kha can pick more invisibility, better duels, or big team fight slows. He is still going to be doing assassin things but he will be very hard to lock down and duel. Its all about playstyle. Assassin kha is honestly not in a great state rn and I would only play the bruiser style with maybe a youmuus or duskblade when I can snowball early on.
