Long story short, we bought a 2008 Accord 3.5L and not knowing the belt history, promptly changed it with a Gates kit (rollers, belt, tensioner, water pump, etc.) Just 2000 miles later, the belt shredded its teeth and I'm in the process of filing a claim with Gates.
